During my 6 year grapple with an panic disorder I remember taking multiple tests just like a stress test, ecg, blood tests, holter monitor plus more all as a consequence of one frightening and annoying manifestation of anxiety... heart pounding throughout sleep time. These pounding heart sensations accustomed to keep me up all day and hours at nighttime around my panic and frequently I would completely quit on wanting to sleep, and stay up through the night (which may make my signs and symptoms of anxiety worse the next day and cause insomnia). What a nightmare, of all days I would listen in and hear the bed rattle on account of my pounding heart, during baths I would eagerly watch the waves of water flow as I kept a record of every single heartbeat in case my worst fears came true. My question though was why? I viewed information and I would be a pretty healthy guy who was simply playing professional tennis right at that moment, watched what I devote myself, and also began meditation, now how come this worrying sign of anxiety was always present at times where I was stationary and things were quiet?
